Not a fun word--SIN.
No one wants to own up to
their own wrongdoing.
We are not perfect, not one.
Or this world would be more fun,
with no one doing wrong
and no one having to be right.
Not a fun word--SIN.
No one wants to own up, be
honest with themselves.
Now if we would honest be,
telling ourselves the truth,
We would ourselves be free
from the quilt that is the proof.

Psalm 51 is one of my favorites, because it is so raw and honest.

sin is disconnection, a painful thing.
It is not a fun word indeed. It takes courage and a open heart to be open to forgiveness ~
